As most of you may or may not know that KOHL’S Dept store has a program called the KOHL’S CARES, ASSOCIATES IN ACTION. This program takes Kohl’s employee’s and  they volunteer their time to help out environmentally friendly community based organizations. They got wind of our group and have volunteered a ton of time to our events, brat frys and they helped us clean up a county park. Along with the volunteer time, we submitted several grant applications to KOHL’S. The grant apps got approved and that set our organization to get the tools that we need to start trail building in our community. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The New Om and WORBA would like to give a HUGE thanks to Melanie T and the Kohl’s peeps in Manitowoc for volunteering their time.  This is the plaque that we are giving to Kohl’s In Manty and to Kohl’s Corp.

this is a 12" x 15" laser engraved red alder plaque.
